Permit Watcher is operated by EarlyCo, Inc. This policy explains how we use information provided for City of Tampa permit monitoring.
What we collect
We collect your business name, contact email, mobile number, permit numbers, subscription identifiers and status, and your SMS consent choice, wording, version, and timestamp. We retain permit status history, message delivery records, opt-out requests, and support correspondence. Our hosting providers process basic request and security information.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, monitor your permits, deliver the alerts you requested, manage subscriptions, provide support, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Who receives it
We use service providers for payments (Stripe), hosting and databases, email, and SMS delivery (Twilio and mobile carriers). They receive the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except service providers necessary to deliver the messaging service. We may disclose information when legally required.
Your choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. To request access, correction, deletion, or subscription cancellation, contact hello@permitwatchhq.com. We may need to verify your identity. We retain information while needed to operate your subscription and meet legal, accounting, security, or opt-out obligations. Deletion may not remove records we are required to keep.
Security and changes
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. No service can guarantee complete security. Material policy changes will be published here with an updated date. This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
